Our Story
Why euCann?
The name starts with eu — a Greek prefix meaning true and genuine. It’s also phonetic: “You Can.” That double meaning was intentional from day one. A positive signal of infinite ability — that with the right systems and the right expertise, ambitious things are possible.
euCann was founded in 2018 as an events and networking company — never plant-touching, always technology-first. When COVID shuttered the events industry in 2020, it forced a rethink. When AI went commercial in 2023, the direction became clear.
The mission hasn’t changed — it just sharpened. Compliance has always been the biggest pain point for small and mid-size businesses in regulated industries. Most can’t afford the teams that federal agencies use. We can. We bring federal-level compliance frameworks, NIST expertise, and AI-native engineering to the organizations that need it most — dental practices, healthcare providers, and regulated SMBs — at a price that makes sense.

Founded in Silver Spring, MD as a technology-first events and networking company.
2020
COVID forced the pivot. Events stopped. The focus shifted entirely to technology, compliance, and building new infrastructure.
2023
AI went commercial. euCann went AI-native — building compliance automation, agentic platforms, and healthcare AI for regulated environments.

Tevin Harris is the founder and CEO of euCann LLC. He is an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) at the Federal Government with over 9 years of federal cybersecurity experience, including roles in risk management, system authorization, and AI governance.
Tevin is a member of the Federal Government’s Responsible AI (RAI) Core Team, helping shape how the federal government deploys AI responsibly. He built BOBBIE, an 11-agent AI compliance system on AWS Bedrock, and D.A.V.E., an award-winning document analysis engine that maps compliance evidence to NIST SP 800-53 controls. He also fine-tuned a Gemma 7B model on 4.5 million cybersecurity question-answer pairs.
euCann was founded on a simple belief: small businesses and healthcare providers deserve the same AI security and compliance infrastructure the federal government relies on, at a price they can actually afford. We bring that expertise to Maryland dental practices, medical offices, and regulated SMBs.

Dawn Clarke, DDS is a General Dentist and co-architect of euCann’s healthcare product vision. She serves as Dental Advisor and Frontend Engineer, bringing real clinical insight directly into the development process.
Dawn’s day-to-day experience in dental practice shapes how euCann designs its products — from the workflows OraFlowAI automates to the interfaces patients and staff actually use. She ensures every feature we build solves a real clinical problem, not a hypothetical one.
